The recent rejection of her appeal against Celine Baumgarten by the Federal Court was yet another example of her failure to understand or exercise her powers, her refusal to take responsibility for or learn from these failures, and the extraordinary resulting cost to the Australian taxpayer. Six days later, her office still claims not to understand that decision.
