The Free Speech Union of Australia is delighted to host Sall Grover, founder of Giggle for Girls in Perth to discuss Free Speech in March 2025.
Sall has become the subject of a highly unusual legal precedent, having damages awarded against her for laughing in court at a cartoon she was presented with. This is part of the more serious appeal in the case of Giggle v Tickle (as it now is), where Sall is championing the right of women to have online discussion spaces without the intrusion of biological men.
Both of these matters are Free Speech issues of considerable public interest. The main event will be on Thursday the 13th of March 2025 in Perth CBD from 5:30pm, with some smaller and informal events to follow on Friday the 14th (FSU Exclusive) and Monday the 17th of March 2025 (6pm Meet and Greet event). Tickets are free for Free Speech Union of Australia members, whilst non-members can buy them below.
We look forward to seeing people there!
