Say No to the 'Digital Duty of Care'

The Labor Government's new Digital Duty of Care would make vague predictions of “harm” the standard for controlling what Australians can say and see online. This rebadged 'Misinformation' Bill would pressure platforms to censor lawful speech before anyone even complains.

This is censorship by design. Politicians and bureaucrats set the rules, tech companies enforce them, and Australians are silenced without ever knowing what disappeared—or why. Platforms will delete first and ask questions later.
